60 hours of hands-on, in-home organizing per year

A $10 per hour discount off our standard rate for all organizing, shopping and design time

A custom estimate for your home. After visiting your home, we will provide you with the projected cost for organizing, shopping and materials.

Membership is perfect for busy households that want their homes organized cost-effectively and have at least three mid-sized spaces to organize. We’ll make a plan to organize every space in one year!

Members can also use the time for holiday decor, decluttering and maintaining existing organizing systems in your home.

Members determine the pace of projects over a year time frame. You’ll have priceless peace of mind knowing a plan is in place to address the parts of your home that are causing you stress!

Most of our members save between $750 - $2000 by joining our organizing membership

 
 
 

Membership FAQs

 

 
  • The Neatly Done organizing membership offers you hands-on organizing throughout the year. You’ll get:

    → 60+ hours of organizing to use during one year at a discounted rate
    → First priority in advance scheduling
    → Direct access to Krista via text to answer questions or trouble shoot issues
    → A detailed plan for every space to organize in your home, which includes the cost for labor, organizing materials and shopping/design fees
    → Ability to schedule projects at whatever pace you prefer over the course of one year
    → Curated organizing materials that fit your space, aesthetic and budget
    → Hauling away of donations to a charitable organization
    → Trained and amazing professional organizers

  • Our members agree to at least 60 hours of organizing for the year. There is no limit to the number of organizing hours you use each year.

    → Members pay $69 per hour, while non-members pay $79 per hour
    → A one-time, upfront fee of $250 for a whole-home consultation will be charged for new members
    → After the whole-home consultation, we will provide you a detailed plan of the projected costs to organize each space within your home, including our time and any materials. You can then decide if you want to move forward with joining our membership.
    → If you would prefer a monthly payment plan, one can be created.

  • We understand and know joining is a thoughtful decision!

    → The first step is a free, 15 minute, no obligation call with our owner, Krista. She will give you an honest assessment if you’re a good candidate for membership and answer any questions you have.
    → The next step is an in-person, whole-home consultation to assess the areas you would like organized.
    → You don’t have to decide to join our membership until AFTER the whole-home consultation. We’ll present you with a comprehensive, written plan of the projected costs to organize each space, including our time and materials. You can then decide if you want to move forward with joining our membership.

  • → Step one: Click on the “Get your membership” button below to fill out our inquiry form
    → Step two: We will reach out to schedule a 15 minute phone call with you and Krista to discuss the membership and ask any questions
    → Step three: Schedule your in-home consultation
    → Step four: Receive a detailed estimate for all planned organizing projects
    → Step five: Sign the membership agreement and schedule your first projects

  • → We will provide you a detailed plan for every space to organize in your home, which includes the anticipated cost for labor, organizing materials, shopping time and any other fees.
    → Before each project, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit of the anticipated project costs.
    → After the project is completed, we will send you a final invoice for the project cost.

  • We understand that life happens. You can easily cancel your membership at any time after you’ve utilized at least 60 hours of organizing time.
